Study supporting the evaluation of the 2012  Recommendation on the validation of non-formal and informal learning

This study supports the Commission evaluating progress across Europe in helping people to have their skills and competences recognised through RPL; it gives strategic policy direction to discussions and possible next steps in enhancing the influence of EU interventions in RPL policies and processes.
