Ronan Emmett, Boston Scientific: Integrating RPL into a Talent Management Strategy

Ronan sets out challenges facing industry and roots RPL at the heart of meeting change- Buy versus Build talent management strategies that protect and grow businesses. He challenges RPL practitioners in better ways to engage and talk to industry- use the language of Competence Mapping. Centring RPL in building skilled workforces to manage the co-biotic and other tech driven changes that help maintain competitiveness, he models experienced staff as assets in talent management strategies.
