Topic: How practice informs and shapes policy at local, regional and national levels- the TOBAR project and Cork ETB’ Ciaran Lynch, Cork ETB

Cork ETB explore how RPL sits within a commitment to provide a pathway for every learner, and illustrate how a pilot project has informed evolving services, policies and practices. Grounded in case studies, Ciaran sets out operational and organisational actions that are emerging as priorities for consideration at system level.
