Topic: Andrina reflects on national progress in implementing the Recommendation, and the gift of our service in shortening the gaps to qualifications, making learning pathways more effective and richer. A range of national policies which value both inclusion and advancement in employment contexts married with dynamic organic practice at regional level, reveal incremental progress.
