Stephen sets out a vision whereby a person’s engagement with DEASP might link better to RPL services through improved purposing and connectivity of data, but also through the ongoing training of staff. Linking this both to the Recommendation and CEDEFOP Guidelines for the professionalisation of services, he advocates for the inclusion of DEASP in the emerging national systems and services for RPL.
