CEDEFOP has published the Analytical Framework to support implementation of the 2016 Recommendation, Upskilling Pathways across Member States. An executive summary and the full report are available, supporting the valuing of all learning through RPL, with skills assessments across adult learning contributing to RPL opportunities.
